Wade Sales
Wade graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 1990 with a BA in Marketing. He began working at the family agency, Bob Sales Insurance, in Brownsville, Texas, and later helped open up additional locations in Harlingen and South Padre Island. He also helped his father and brother spearhead their partnership with IIC in San Antonio. After many successful years in the Rio Grande Valley, he recently moved to the Boerne area with his wife, Lisa. They have four grown children, also all graduates of Texas A&M University.

Blake Sales
Blake graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Finance in 1992. He began working at the family agency, Bob Sales Insurance, which he later purchased with his brother, Wade. They joined IIC in 1995. After many successful years in the Rio Grande Valley, he recently moved his family to Boerne where he hopes to expand the IIC brand. Blake, his wife Natalie, and their two daughters enjoy all outdoor activities and love to travel with friends.

Jake Sales
Jake began working in the family insurance agency in 2018, and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Business in 2019. He moved to the Boerne to help his father and uncle open this new branch of Independent Insurance Center. Jake and his wife, Jessie, are expecting their first child in September 2024. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and watching shows together

Conner Sales
Conner pursued his higher education degree at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in College Station. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Marketing and his M.B.A. from UT-Rio Grande Valley, Conner went to work in San Antonio for Texas Security General Agency, a member of Brown & Brown Insurance for 4 years. Conner joined the family agency in 2021 and is excited to continue the tradition of serving the people of the Texas Hill Country. Conner and his wife Gaby enjoy traveling together through this beautiful area of Texas.
